We, the RRSI Bulletin’s first Editorial Board, are excited to bring the resource sharing community together in a new way. We envision this journal as a space where all things resource sharing and access to information can be published – from conference reports to workflow “recipes” to extended research projects. In the spirit of sharing, all work will be published open access under a Creative Commons-BY 4.0 license, and no author will be charged a fee to share their work.
The Editorial Board has combined experience of nearly 100 years in access services and resource sharing, and we can’t wait to use our expertise to curate high-quality content that is thought-provoking and practical in day-to-day operations. Our goal is to foster creativity and participation from anyone who has something to share, whether they are a seasoned author or someone who has never published their work. We are not just here to provide a decision on whether something is right for the journal, but also to bring out the best work in all contributors with meaningful feedback and guidance.
Our call for publications is officially open! Please consider publishing with us, and be in touch if you have any questions at all. We look forward to ushering in a new venue for publishing and promoting the great work of the resource sharing community.
