Aims and Scope
The field of resource sharing experiences continuous change to meet patron needs through a combination of workflows, technological solutions, and collaboration with other libraries, as well as departments within a library. Resource sharing consists of both interlibrary loan, obtaining and supplying physical and electronic materials from outside of the library; as well as document delivery, facilitating the delivery of physical and electronic materials owned by a library to their own patrons. This open access journal aims to publish timely articles focused on disseminating practical information to resource sharing professionals on topics to facilitate implementation and improvement of library services today.
We invite authors from all types of libraries to submit articles with a focus on practical applications including:
- Workflows, new or updated (see template)
- Case studies
- Notes from the field
- Commentary articles
- Conversations
- Series
- Guest editorials
- Research articles
- And more!
Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed and evaluated by editors and accepted articles published on a rolling basis.
