9:00 – 10:00 Michael Stephens Michael Stephens, Dominican University
Best known for his insightful comments on his blog, Tame the Web: Libraries and Technology, Michael will inspire us to think outside the trapezoid in a user-centric fashion.
10:00 – 10:30 Get-It Prototype Demonstration – John Bodfish
The Interoperability Working Group will unveil the Get-It prototype.

10:45 – 12:00 What’s Next? - Discussion and Brainstorming
Now that we’re inspired and see what’s been accomplished so far, what’s the next big activity we should work on? How can we improve on what we’ve done?

Explanation of the tasks at hand. Based on the morning discussion, are there any changes that need to be made to the existing working groups?  Any new ones that need to be established?

An 18-year veteran of Silicon Valley technology companies, Linda joined the Internet Archive’s D.C. office to support partnerships with federal agencies and other organizations. She will provide an overview of Internet Archive activities.

Alexis RossiAlexis Rossi, Project Leader Internet Archive
Alexis Rossi is an 11 year veteran of information-based Internet companies and manages the Internet Archive's new digital library project. She’ll be talking about IA’s plans for a new approach to resource sharing among small libraries and members of the public.
